    • Staff expressed an increase in satisfaction and engagement across the district as demonstrated by the Humanex survey results.
    • The District continues to provide more opportunities for teachers to engage in district-wide decision making processes. Most recently, staff positions were added to committees such as the Special Education committee.
    • The District surveys staff after they participate in professional development opportunities. The staff have expressed satisfaction with the types of sessions provided in the district.

    Staff is highly engaged in the work, they are proud of their work, feel valued, and are focused on the mission of the organization.
