Student Teachers/Interns
Glen Ellyn School District 41 welcomes Student Teachers and Interns in their journey to becoming professional educators. Our cooperating teachers are educators who are passionate about education, make decisions based on what is best for our students, and are always eager to learn and share strategies and ideas to continue inspiring our students in the classroom. Student teachers are placed according to the number of cooperating teachers available in requested content areas. 

To begin the student teacher placement process please fill out the Student Teaching Request Form. 

Observation Hours Only - Placement Forms
To begin an observation hours request, please choose from these locations: 
Abraham Lincoln Elementary

Ben Franklin Elementary

Churchill Elementary

Forest Glen Elementary (use for Early Childhood placements)

Hadley Junior High

Kindergarten Center

Student teaching and observation hours may be requested but this does not guarantee placement within District 41.
