As we approach the final year of our current Long-Range Plan in District 41, we are beginning the process of creating a new strategic plan. Strategic planning is vital to the district and all of the communities we serve. It is critical that we periodically set clear direction for the future. Our new strategic planning process will be facilitated by the Consortium for Educational Change (CEC).

As I move through my Entry Plan as the new superintendent in District 41, I am excited about all of the opportunities we have to build on an already strong foundation.

I invite the community to follow along through every step of our creation of the new strategic plan . We will be posting updates, reports and drafts to this website. We will announce opportunities for community involvement and encourage all to participate! It will be a comprehensive and transparent process.
