You will need to provide at least one of the following showing your current address –
- Most current real estate tax bill
- Signed lease
- Mortgage document
- Section 8 letter
You will also need to provide at least two of the following showing your current address –- Current gas bill
- Public Aid Card
- Current electric bill
- Medicaid card
- Current water/sewer bill
- Food Stamp card
- Current phone bill (not mobile phone)
- Credit card statement
- Current cable bill
- Pay check stub w/current address
- Vehicle registration
- City sticker receipt
- Bank statement
