If you still need to complete the form please contact your schoolPrioritizing the students who have the hardest time navigating remote learning is something that the current Illinois Department of Public Health framework and metrics supports. The plan remains to shift to the blended model for all students in November after the first quarter of the school year. It is important to note that the plan is based on the status of DuPage County COVID-19 metrics.  For families who choose to not return to in-person learning, a full remote learning model is still available.
