Board Hosts Three Facility Planning Workshops
»Public Meetings info archives

The Board of Education held three public workshops to help it make decisions about enrollment, space use and class size. The workshops built on the work done last year by the Blue Ribbon Committee, which reported on community viewpoints with respect to school size, class size and affordability. The workshops will be held as follows:

1. Oct. 9, 2003, 7:30-9:00 p.m. at Forest Glen
Purpose: Brainstorm options for housing current and anticipated enrollment. Click here to see options.
2. Nov. 3, 2003, 7:30-9:00 p.m. at Ben Franklin
Purpose: Discuss and build background information on all facilities options. Click here to see summary.
3. Dec. 1, 2003, 7:30-9:00 p.m. at Hadley
Purpose: Rate and rank each option for further exploration.
