Free Meals Application
Glen Ellyn District 41 offers healthy meals every school day. Your children may qualify for free meals or for reduced price meals. To apply for free meals or a fee waiver, please complete the Household Eligibility Application. Clic para espanol. Submit your completed application to the Central Services Office or your school office. If you are unable to print the lunch application/fee waiver, please contact the District office or your school office.
PREORDER PROCESS
District 41’s food service partner Quest requires preorders for all elementary school lunches. The preordering process allows Quest to better provide the accurate number of lunches to each school building. This process is required for all elementary students including families who have approved fee waivers.
** Hadley uses an a la carte service style where students can select their meals when they arrive in the cafeteria. They will not preorder meals. To ensure your students have funds, please load their PushCoin account.
Preorders need to be completed by midnight the Thursday before the following week.

MySchoolQuest is an online resource for families to stay connected with the school’s dining program, offering a simple, mobile-friendly experience where you can quickly find school menus and more!
With just a few clicks, you can explore daily menus, review nutrition and allergen information, and share questions or feedback with your school’s food service team.
Simply visit www.myschoolquest.com and search for your district or school name to get started.
