Re: Your Child Is Assigned To or Has Been Taught for at Least Four Straight Weeks By a Teacher Who Does Not Meet the Applicable State Certification/Licensure Requirements”
Dear Parents:
All teachers working in a program supported with federal funds under Title I Part A must meet applicable State certification and licensure requirements.
The teacher listed below has taught your child’s class for the last four consecutive weeks. While the District is unable to verify that the teacher meets applicable State certification or licensure requirements for the grade level and subject area to which he/she is assigned, our observation of his/her classroom indicates that he/she is providing a satisfactory education program and experience.
This notice is required by federal law (20 U.S.C. 6312(e)(1)B)(ii).
If you have any questions concerning this notice, please contact the school office.
