Activity fees should be turned into the coach, along with the signed Activity Waiver and Physical Exam Form. Please be aware that some sports also require a team tee shirt purchase. Checks should be made out to Hadley Jr. High.
If a family is unable to meet the financial requirements of an sports activity, the coach should be notified. It is possible to have the fee and costs waived. No athlete will be turned away due to inability to pay.
