Citing Research Sites
-If you are using information from an Internet site in a report, you should give the site credit, which includes naming the site's URL.
-If you get to a site from this page, the URL displayed in the Address Toolbar will be incorrect. But there are two ways around that:
Rather than simply clicking on the hyperlink to the site, do a right-click and select "Open in New Window." Now the correct URL will be shown, if you have the Address Toolbar showing.
Another way is to just click to go to the site. Once you are there, right-click on a blank space on the site, and select "Properties." This will display the URL, which you can highlight, copy, and paste into a bibliography of sources.
